The gross area of the Clinic is 2,927 mand the plot area is 42,000 m2. The Clinic is intended for the treatment of psychiatric patients with special needs.

With the objective of enhancement of energy efficiency and reduction of CO2 emission of the Clinic built in 1967, we designed completely new fillings of external openings with high efficiency isolation and low energy consumption automatic heating and A/C systems. The building’s perimeter structures have additional heat isolation and the building has an innovative architectural solution. In case of possible aggressive patients we took into account preventive safety measures and increased special requirements for designed systems.

Amhold performed engineering technical and environmental surveys, also architecture, interior design, structural, HVAC, water supply and sewerage system, control engineering, and electrical engineering design, ands quantity surveyin as well as leading design project management.
