Commencement of Full Design of Kiviõli Adventure Tourism Centre

On May 19, 2011 Amhold started the full design of the Kiviõli Adventure Tourism Centre buildings and its facilities.

The centre includes a technical building, a commercial building for clients, a building for mountain service, a pump station, adventure tourism and infrastructure system facilities. The buildings, attractions and infrastructure systems are on 801,091 m2 plot.
The architect of the complex is Koit Ojaliiv (Trikk ). Amhold’s Project Manager of the design works is Jaan Aru. Andrei Uibukant (certified Master of Structural Engineering) will deliver the structural engineering services. Fund Ehitus is the contracting authority of the design and will execute the construction works.

The aim of the complex is to provide possibilities for adventure tourism, sports and fitness development, studying and international competitions and trainings.
The complex includes a health diagnostics centre.

The estimated completion time of the design works is July 2011 and the construction works is spring 2012.
